Working where I do, where I not only make a living by selling the solutions to enable the &quot;always on&quot; worker but where it&#039;s highly involved with my day to day activities, I find that it is way to easy to not have that boundary. The sad reality is that there are managers that expect the free work from the employee as soon as the tools are there. Having a work culture that embraces the need for family time. 

Personally I find the act of turning off the blackberry quite hard yet very refreshing.</description>
